- 4 oz. apple cider
- 2 oz. bourbon whiskey
- 3 Tbsp. caramel sauce (salted, plus extra for rimming the glasses)
- 2 apples (medium sized, peeled, cored, and quartered)
- 2 cups ice
- 3 Tbsp. peanuts (finely chopped, for rimming the glasses)

Directions
- Place a small amount of caramel sauce on a plate, and dip the rims of the drinking glasses in.
- Then place the chopped peanuts on a plate, and dip the caramel-rimmed glasses in until well-coated.
- Put the apple cider, bourbon, caramel sauce, apples, and ice in the jar of the KitchenAid® Pro Line® Series Blender. Secure the lid and set the blender dial to the Smoothie setting. Blend until the machine turns itself off.
- Divide the mixture equally between the two glasses, and serve immediately.
