- 2 Tbsp. vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup honey
- 2 1/2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
- 1 1/2 cups sliced almonds
- 1/2 cup shredded unsweetened coconut
- 3/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup oat bran (or 1/2 cup old-fashioned rolled oats ground to powder in the blender)
- 1/4 cup sesame seeds (I subbed in sunflower seeds because I was out of sesame)
- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
