Super quick and really good. Next time I’ll keep the dressing on the side since my kids weren’t crazy about it but still great.

Exactly as described and husband even liked it and he doesn't like zucchini!

I love this recipe! Very simple ro make and absolutely delicious. I used an 18 year traditional balsamic vinegar which helped make this a fabulous dish.
