- 4 cups water
- 1 lipton soup secrets noodle soup mix with real chicken broth
- 2 cups regular or converted rice
- 2 eggs
- 1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1 salt
- 1/3 cup oil
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1/2 lb. cooked ham (cut in thin strips)
- 1/2 lb. uncooked medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
- 1 cup soybean sprouts
- 1/2 cup chives (chopped)
- 1/4 cup soy sauce

Directions
- Bring water to a boil over high heat in 2-quart saucepan. Stir in Lipton® Soup Secrets® Noodle Soup Mix with Real Chicken Broth and rice. Cook over low heat 25 minutes or until rice is tender, stirring twice. Remove from heat and let cool.
- Beat eggs, pepper and salt. Turn into greased skillet and cook over low heat until eggs are done; cut into thin strips.
- Heat oil in deep 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat and cook garlic until golden. Remove garlic, then stir in ham, shrimp, chicken, sprouts and chives. Stir in rice mixture, eggs and soy sauce with forks. Serve immediately.
