One of our weeknight go-tos. We only ever have fish sauce on hand instead of oyster sauce, and while I don't know the difference, the dish comes out plenty good so no complaints here!

A tasty and easy weeknight dinner. I added a fried egg on top with crispy edges to make it even heartier.
