I would skip the parchment paper and grease the pan instead. The paper kept slipping all over the pan when I was trying to spoon the gooey batter in, and then after it was baked, when I picked up the parchment to put them on a rack to cool (as per the instructions), they fell all apart. If I hadn’t have used parchment they would have been beautiful :( There also weren’t instructions on how to tell if they were completely done baking or not - I just went with the clean toothpick method.
