We all enjoyed the pecans and just ate them. I had plans to use them as additions to salads and desserts, but we ate them as snacks!

Great recipe, but there was a little too much vanilla extract. Next time, I will add less!

Great! But a cup of sugar is way too much. I think I used a quarter of the mix and they are great! Will definitely make these again!!

loved this so easy and a good treat to munch on throughout the week. i forgot parchment paper so i just oiled down a pan. i stirred them about every 20 mins as well. i only also had 8oz but didnt realize until i was mixing. turned out fine and a little more candied. so good!

they turned out very good. I usually like them more caramelized, but this recipe is quick easy and I always have the ingredients on hand
