Description
Three ingredients are all that you need to make these delicious and sweet candied orange peels. While the process takes a few days, it will be well worth it once you are done. You can use these candies in a variety of ways, such as chopped and mixed into a cake batter, as a topping for ice cream, or mixed spinkled over a big dinner salad. - 540 grams white sugar

Directions
- Rinse the oranges with water.
- Peel them (in 4 sections if possible) and remove a maximum of the white pith to reduce bitterness.
- Boil the peel in water for 5 minutes.
