I cooked my carrots longer than 5 minutes and added a dash of cinnamon but great they were great before but my family liked them better after the cinnamon

I hate carrots, but I love this one because it's sweet and still a little crunchy. I replace the sugar with honey though.

I thought it was delicious but my family said it was too sweet. So maybe add a little more salt for balance or a little less sugar.
