- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. xanthan gum
- 1 pinch salt
- 1/2 cup greek yogurt ({i used nonfat vanilla})
- 1/4 cup white sugar
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1 whole apple ({peeled/cored and diced})
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. maple syrup ({or agave syrup/honey})
- 2 Tbsp. tapioca flour ({or cornstarch})
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1/4 cup milk (or half/half)
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 pinch salt
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Directions
- 1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Ensure your skillet is well greased or “seasoned”.
- 2. Peel, core and dice your apple into small pieces. In a medium sized bowl, mix in the cinnamon, maple syrup, brown sugar and flour. Set aside.
- 3. In a medium bowl, mix the first 7 ingredients of the dough {dry mixture}.
