The concept is good. Next time I will add chicken broth instead of water. It was a bit bland. Needed a lot of salt and pepper.

flavor was good but the rice was not cooked to our preference(it was hard). I used broccoli and mushrooms for the veggies
I will precook the rice next time and use less liquid
