- 3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic (smashed and peeled)
- 1/2 tsp. fine sea salt
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. water
- 2 Tbsp. coconut palm sugar (or 1-1/2 tablespoons dark brown sugar)
- 1/2 cup celery (assorted pickles, fennel, cucumber)
- 8 oz. tofu (Broiled)
- 2 cups bean sprouts (blanched for 30 seconds)
- 4 hard-boiled eggs (large, chopped)
- 2 Tbsp. preserved radish (soaked, drained and chopped)
- 2 Tbsp. garlic (Microwaved Crispy, Bits)
- 1/4 cup roasted peanuts (crushed)
- 2 Tbsp. green onions (green parts only, chopped)
- 1 cup herbs (assorted, plucked from their stems Thai or Italian basil, cilantro, parsley)
- 1 lime (large, quartered)
