- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 cup all purpose flour (2 tablespoons removed to coat figs, see instructions)
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 1/4 tsp. kosher salt
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup nonfat greek yogurt
- 1 cup low fat milk
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 cup golden raisins
- 1 1/2 cups shelled pistachios
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1/4 cup sesame seeds
- 1/4 cup flax seed
