Description
This tasty marinade uses a simple mix of orange juice, olive oil and a few spices to lighten up your pork chops with fresh citrus flavor.

- 4 boneless loin thick pork chops (about 1 1/4-inches thick)
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic (crushed)
- 2 tsp. cumin (ground)
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper (coarsely ground)

Directions
- Place chops in a large resealable plastic bag. Combine remaining ingredients in a small bowl and pour over chops. Refrigerate 4 to 24 hours.
- Preheat grill to medium-hot. Remove chops from marinade; discard leftover marinade. Grill chops, turning once, 12 to 15 minutes or until done (internal temp 155°F).
