This was excellent! Tasty and easy to make. I chicken broth instead of water and bouillon, and regular chili powder. Unfortunately, the rest of the house didn't care for it, so I won't be making it again 🙄☹️

WOW! So good! I used beef bollion and just used regular chili powder. Was so good!

Sub’d chicken bone broth for shrimp stock when I forgot to buy it & added 1/2 fresh diced jalap when cooking onions, carrots & garlic. Then 1/2C of red chili sauce (leftover from enchiladas) went into stock. It’s in our lineup!

I didn’t realize I didn’t have half the ingredients until I started so substituted chicken stock for boullion, left out the tomato sauce and potatoes and added leftover restaurant salsa for added richness. Was fast, easy and delicious.
