My husband and I made this for one of our Friday night stay at home date nights. It was FABULOUS. The flavours were wonderful and the calamari was so tender after soaking it in the milk and baking soda. I can honestly say this was one of the best seafood pasta's I have ever had. We will be making it again someday. Thank you for sharing such a great recipe. Oh...one word of caution...give a little time between pouring in the vodka and lighting it on fire - lol. The flames were impressive and a little scary all at the same time. But still a great recipe.
