Really delicious! I made it without liquid smoke and cayenne powder, and substituted hot sauce for sriracha as that was all I had available, and added a dash of barbecue sauce and soy for smokiness - it turned out great.
I only managed to get two servings out of this instead of seven though

I made a lot and froze some for meals on the go, and even those tasted great!

turned out good put a spin on it made q vegan Spanish Arroza with it to hint the spice. Add a little more cayenne and paprika for more of a kick i will try next time i like the kick.
