Without a doubt, the absolute _best_ tofu I've ever had in my life! I only let it marinate for about 3.5 hours, and I grilled it on foil over the grill, but the result was amazing!
Thoroughly crisp on the outside and soft and perfect inside, the flavors went through and through! I served it over basmati rice and grilled vegetables (eggplant, red and yellow bell peppers, zucchini, and asparagus).
I will be making this all summer!
