- 1 1/2 Tbsp. Cajun seasoning (recipe follows)
- 2 Tbsp. peanut oil (green, or extra virgin olive oil)
- 2 Tbsp. water
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 1 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 2 Tbsp. kosher salt
- 1/4 cup cider vinegar
- 1 gal. water
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. Cajun seasoning
- 1 lb. peanuts (*, in shell or out of the shell)
