Used extra Cajun seasoning, because we like things spicy. Used frozen corn, fresh wasn’t available. Everything else was the same. Used parchment paper and cooked in oven. Temp and time was perfect. Veggies crisp and shrimp tender, not overcooked. Will try this on the grill too!

so easy and flavorful - definitely going into standard rotation. I also love that it is easy to make 2 and freeze 2 at the same time.

This is amazing! Haven’t had any problem with unevenness of cooking. It always comes out cooked perfectly with the shrimp versus veggies. Such simple yet amazing flavor! One of my favorites!

Going to stay away from foil packets, veggies always become soggy by the time shrimp is fully cooked. Recommend keeping separate if making this.

Very easy and quick dinner to make. Cook was perfect, shrimp had great flavour but veggies could have used a bit more. Also only used 1/2 teaspoon of oil per packet and paired them with brown rice. Definitely will make this again as it's also perfect to make extras for lunches during the week!
