Another winner. Had to go with chicken sausage as there was no andoullie available, used the whole package. Also used two zucchini as they were on the small side. Like the zucchini mixed in, made it feel healthy :)

This was excellent. Used Old Bay for the Cajun seasoning and it was perfect. Easy and delicious!
