This is a great go to for a quick seafood steamer. I did change the seasoning as my husband and I don't like that, but the seafood seasoning I used was delicious. Will definitely be making this again. Might even change up the seafood.

Awesome - have done this several times since we’ve been in lockdown. Goes well with an Abita Amber - May add some crawfish tails next time - really miss New Orleans

Added a squeeze of lemon juice per pack and a little garlic salt and it came out perfect. I highly recommend this.

This was amazing! I added chicken, green bell pepper, red bell and onion and baked it in a aluminum tray and it turned out great. I paired it with brown rice and Jamaican cabbage for sides.

This was a crowd pleaser. I changed it a little I did individual aluminum foil pockets. I added onion and boiled eggs to it as well. Make sure you add extra creole seasoning for flavor to the potatoes as well so everything comes together. Everyone loved it it was easy and looking forward to doing it again

Soooo tasty! I threw it all together in an aluminum pan and covered it with foil. Baked it for about an hour ( I probably didn’t precook the potatoes enough). This was delicious! Will definitely make again but cut the potatoes smaller and precook the more.

I cheated, cause I'm a little lazy.
I followed the recipe and directions until all the foil wrapping. Instead, I put everything on a foil lined cookie sheet and baked it at 400 for 15 minutes in the oven along with some honey cornbread and the flavors were excellent!

It turned out pretty good I added lobster tails just be careful not to over cook the seafood.

I echo the other comment about the potatoes missing the mark. What did hit the mark we’re homemade fries with Cajun seasoning I found on Yummly. Corn was great. Shrimp was great. My smoked sausage was alright. Potato’s needed slightly something else. Still was fun to make a “hobo pouch” for the first time

Yum!! Excellent and so easy! I might season the potatoes separately next time as they were the only bland addition...I quartered new potatoes but they didn't soak up much flavor. Maybe put in their own packet w/ butter, s&p and paprika?
