- 1 1/2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic (chopped)
- 1 Tbsp. salt (cajun creole seasoning, I used Spice Hunter)
- 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
- salt (to taste)
- slaw (Cabbage)
- 2 cups purple cabbage (shredded)
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro
- 1/4 cup red onion (chopped)
- 1 lime
- salt (to taste)
- cream sauce (Avocado)
- 1 avocado
- 1 handful fresh cilantro
- 1 lime
- 1 jalapeno (deseeded)
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/2 tsp. cumin powder
- 3 Tbsp. water (start with 2, add more if need be)
- salt (to taste)
- corn tortillas
- 2 corn tortillas (per person, I used Mi Rancho Gluten-Free Organic tortillas*)
