Turned out great but indent follow the recipe completely I just used it as a guide

This was one of the best recipes I have ever cooked it was easy to follow simple ingredients. You cannot go wrong. One suggestion taste your cajun seasoning for salt levels that may be a little heavy. Overall this is a great DISH!
