Shrimply delicious! I used half and half instead of milk to add to the creamy texture of the bisque. Don’t let the ingredients list scare you. I had made my own shrimp stock when I made a dish using whole shrimp. Most of ingredients are for that. It was otherwise pretty simple. Paired with some garlic bread and a sprinkle of crispy bacon- good eating!

Ate with dirty rice, recipe is ok but soup didn’t have as strong of a shrimp taste as I would’ve liked. I used Thai fish sauce to add more flavor. If I make this again, I will only use the shrimp shells with the heads to make a richer stock, w/o the heads is no good.
