This was delicious. Anything that starts with the trinity normally is! I would plan for a bit more than 30 minutes though. There’s 25 minutes in cook time alone, so that gives you 5 minutes to dice up all the veggies.

Like this Cajun rice, , didn't have creole seasoning, I used Slap Your Mama Cajun seasoning, it's my favorite, use it in all my Cajun recipes. Used 1 tsp of seasoning . Thanks for recipe, made it while visiting Louisiana , we all
