This was delicious and I would make it again. It was a bit too spicy for the kids so I would reduce the seasoning to 1 tsp in the sauce. Served with butter noodles, garlic toast and salad.

Loved the sauce I would rather use it on a pasta then the pork chops but overall delicious

Hot. This was wayyyy to spicy for my family. We couldnt eat any of it. I only put half the amount of spice it called for.

Very flavourful! Sweet with just the right amount of spicy. I used the spice recipe linked to in the description, and in the amounts the recipe suggested. if you like really spicy you could add more chili peppers or cayenne. I would call this medium.
The recipe suggests simmering for ten minutes, I simmered for 30 and couldn't get the thermometer above 150. But, took it out, let it rest, and it was cooked fine. I'll make this again!
