delicious! I added jalapeños, & a few extra spices to the chicken, my husband and I absolutely loved it!
WARNING: would definitely cut the ingredients by like half maybe even more, it makes a ton, more of a make to bring to a family function kind of thing.

what is a package of sausage? found proportions a little weird but made it work. came out a little too salty. i would make my own Cajun seasoning to go hotter vs salty. looked great plating it. tasted good.

Turned out fine but I think I would have added a few more things to it for a little more flavor variety. Maybe some peppers. Also made a ton. I would cut it in half next time.

Loved it! Makes a whole bunch though! A lot more than 4 servings! Also used turkey sausage to help with calories and fat content.

it came out good, i wouldnt make it again. It was something different for us. But a good experience.
