- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/3 cup ketchup
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 2 tsp. worcestershire sauce

I made this last week and it was a hit. My family asked me to make it again this weekend..

This has become a family favorite! People come from miles around when they know I am making this for dinner :) this is an easy recipe that makes it seem like you’ve really put some work in. Definitely can be a success for a beginner!

Great comfort meal for a large group...on the side, just add mashed potatoes, green beans and corn...don’t forget the gravy!

I really liked the flavour of this meatloaf plus it was really moist. I modified the recipe by using 1/2 cup each onion and green pepper.I only used 1/2 tbsp cajun spice. I subbed 1/4 cup sour cream for the milk. I subbed 1/2 cup cooked rice for the rolled oats. I also added a tbsp mustard to the glaze.
