Really great recipe! I substituted the heavy cream with milk and cornstarch, and it tastes amazing!!!

Yum! Didn’t use as much cream, but really tasty! Used rigatoni instead of spaghetti :) very good. Will definitely make again.

Very easy to make. You can change it up instead of chicken put in sausage. Kids didn't like the spicy kick, but had great flavor. I did some short cuts using the instant pot and makes it a quick weeknight meal.

It was tasty and I wanted to give it 5 stars for how easy it was! I only gave it 4 because the sauce was good but tasted more like a basic alfredo and I was expecting more flavor to jump out at me. I'll probably throw some cajun seasing in the sauce too next time I make this. I used leftover noodles from spaghetti the night before so that made this dinner faster. I also threw in leftover peas which turned out to be tasty.

Was great. Did not use heavy cream, used half and half, and was still delicious.

So good! Should honestly be called Cajun Mac and Cheese; I dumped some extra hot sauce into the cheese sauce and it was perfect.

Excellent!
I made this dish and my family absolutely loved it. I changed the pasta from spaghetti to Penne and I added broccoli. Lastly, I sprinkled the each plate with cayenne. Thank you for the recipe.

This dish was okay. My 8 year old didn't care for the spiciness. But he still ate it anyway. I would make again, but I'd prefer regular chicken spaghetti over this any day.

It taste really good!! The sauce just wasn’t as thick as I would have liked it to be!

Really good. Hubby, mother and toddler had seconds! Had to make substitutions because I was missing a couple ingredients. Used yogurt and cornstarch instead of heavy cream. Used Monterey Jack cheese instead of mozzarella. Didn’t add broth to chicken because it didn’t seem necessary. No tabasco sauce because I didn’t want it to be too hot for my toddler.

This is a winner. I used penne pasta instead of spaghetti. Definitely a keeper!

It turned out well! I used Shredded Pepper jack and Triple Cheddar Blend cheeses. I also added a small amount of ground red pepper for added spice instead of Hot/Tabasco sauce and used Rigatoni pasta. It was made better with a couple of slices of buttered and toasted French Baguette bread.

The dish came out creamy and rich! I added some extra Cajun seasoning and paprika to the sauce. I also used Louisiana hot sauce instead of Tabasco. Had good flavor without being too spicy. Would definitely make it again. My family enjoyed it!

My whole family loves this! Didn't have any heavy cream so used milk instead, but still turned out wonderfully. Will definitely make again. Thanks!

Super yummy I added red and orange bell peppers, sliced onions and sliced garlic too cooking chicken. A lil seeded fresh tomato may be good too. I doubled sauce w extra noodles. It was a cross from spaghetti and macaroni. I also added extra cheese

Turned out nothing like I was hoping for, but everybody's tastes are different. Just wish the sauce was thicker and has a little more of a stand out taste. Chicken was okay.

Easy and good, needs more seasoning and mushrooms would go well with it and it's a very simple thing to make

One piece of advice, add spice (Cajun seasoning, chili powder & salt) to the sauce for better flavor. Top with parmigiana cheese.

There's something wrong with this recipe. I made it just like I was supposed to, but the "sauce" came out like dough. It was completely inedible.
