very tasty though could use a touch more seasoning. I think the heavy cream dulls out the Cajun a bit

It could have been better, but the mistakes are mine. I used to much Cajun spice. I ended up chicken that was salty and the Cajun spice was a little overpowering. I used roasted red bell peppers not tomatoes. A good base recipe that will let you experiment with the the dish and make it yours. Also a very quick and easy weeknight dinner.

very tasty, but not enough cajun flavor. could use some vegetables. also had to add some cornstarch to the sauce to thicken it. may try a roux next time, and more cajun/jalepeno

It turned out amazing. I do you have to add more Cajun seasoning because it wasn’t to my tasting. But I am gonna make this again

This recipe is awesome! I had to alter it because I didn’t have all the ingredients but it is so good. I didn’t have Cajun spice so I used fajita chicken spice and a touch of cayenne pepper in its place. I also used coconut cream instead of heavy whipping cream and left out the tomato and spring onions. I also used 4 garlic cloves instead of 1. As a substitute for the butter I used 1 tbsn of margarine and 1 tbsn of coconut oil. I added the Parmesan but you can leave it out for a dairy-free option. I love this recipe!!

The whole family really enjoyed this creamy, quick and easy pasta. I used whipping cream and Italian seasoned diced tomatoes for the sauce. Next time I may add a little sriracha for some extra heat. Great recipe and will definitely be adding it our dinner menus.

This was one of the most amazing pastas! It was quick and easy. I added the grilled chicken to the sauce and left it simmer for a few minutes before adding the pasta (used rigatoni) back in. Also, used a combination of heavy cream and half and half. I think mushrooms and maybe artichokes would be good additions (not that it needs anything but I just can’t leave things alone 😋). The sauce was so creamy and good and the leftovers reheated well with just a bit of cream added.

Turned out pretty good. The chicken needed a tad bit more spice. Next time I think I'll add more Cajun spice.

When I make this I add about 2x the Cajun seasoning, mushrooms, onion and peppers. I would love to find a lower calorie substitute for the heavy cream-I do use coconut oil to cook the chicken rather than butter but even so this is too many calories for me to eat regularly.

I love Cajun pasta so I decided to try it myself and it turned out great! A little salty but next time I’ll limit the Cajun seasoning, other than that it was quick and easy.

It was delicious!! The cream was subtle and smooth the taste sneaks up on you and gently slips away. A quick dish that taste like it took hours to make
