    This is fantastic! I do agree with the comments about making extra sauce so it isn’t dry, I also added some tomatoe, sour cream, and pasta water!!

    It turned out great!! I made a LOT more sauce because it would have been extremely dry! Also, the cajun seasoning makes a lot! There was a lot left over that I just saved in a bag for the future.

    Fabulous dish and I will definitely make it again! I tripled the sauce, and used regular flour, since I didn’t have almond flour. If you have an old spice container that you can put the Cajun mixture in, it might work best to sprinkle the seasoning on more evenly. Cooking times were exact, and I just let the pasta water boil until I started making the sauce, so the pasta would finish at the same time. Quick, easy and delicious!

    I made this tonight Extremely delicious Has some kick, easy to make ,great flavor The spice part was great and doesn’t linger on I used cheese tortellinis and penne pasta Tortellini were a hit Definitely will make again Doesn’t not make a lot off sauce I made a quadruple batch Spice for chicken is excellent
