- 1/2 cup mayonnaise (Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real)
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. cajun spice
- 1/2 cup mexican blend cheese (shredded, divided)
- 2 Tbsp. fresh parsley leaves (chopped)
- 4 chicken breast halves (boneless, skinless, about 4 oz. ea.)
- 1/4 cup fresh bread crumbs

Directions
- Combine Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise, cajun spice, 1/4 cup of the cheese and parsley. Spread on chicken, then sprinkle with crumbs. Bake at 425°, 20 minutes or until thoroughly cooked. Sprinkle with remaining cheese; heat 1-2 minutes until cheese is melted.

everyone loved it. I made my own cajun spice by mixing equal amounts of cayenne pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper. I am glad to have yet another recipe that is quick to make but tastes as good as recipes I spend much longer on.

I used Italian bread crumbs and taco blend cheese (what I had on hand) and it was DELICIOUS. The chicken was perfect, juicy, and tasteful.

I pounded my breasts down before adding everything and cooking. It was so tender and my husband loved the flavor. I used slap your mama Cajun seasoning.

tasted great! Very similar to a few other recipes I make and love. i doubled the ingredients as I was using thighs which is why the 4 stars instead of 5. We are a low fat, low sodium family so I substituted Greek yogurt for the mayo & used aldi's no sodium chipotle southwest spice mix instead of cajun seasoning. It turned out delicious! Of the varieties I've made, this was the first time making it spicy& we loved it!

This is so easy and so good. One thing I would change is use less spice, not because of the heat, but to make it less salty. The recommended amount is a touch too salty.

The taste and ease of this recipe was out of this world! For the spice, I used Tony Chachere's creole seasoning.
The only thing I will recommend to people is that you make much more of the topping for the breasts than this calls for. The amount in this recipe would not cover even one of the breasts I bought and they were fairly normal in size.

The recipe is a great one! Add a dash more seasoning for a more Cajun flavor. I accidentally added the breadcrumbs to the mixture but it all worked out and taste great!

Amazing! Didn't have Mexican cheese blend on hand so I used cheddar and mozzarella. Turned out really well, would make this again!

Super easy to make! It needed to cook about 40 minutes. Would definitely make again.

Delicious! I'd make it again. I used Creole Seasoning instead of Cajun because that's what I already had handy.
