- 2 whole chicken breasts (about 1.25 lbs)
- 5 cloves fresh minced garlic
- 1 cup bone broth (chicken, choice, we use LonoLife)
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- parsley (handful of fresh minced, divided, save some for garnish, optional)
- 6 oz. Parmesan cheese (divided, save some for garnish, optional)
- noodles (or noodle replacement of choice to serve, we used spaghetti squash)
