Very good! Not too spicy but very flavorful. Easy. Will cook again.

This recipe was good from the ingredients I used. I couldn't find the McCormick Cajun Fry Mix :( so I used New Orleans Seasoned Fish Fry Mix, as well as added a few seasonings like onion and garlic powder. It was still really good even my 4 year old tore it up!!!
