Was absolutely delicious but it was a touch too spicy for my partner! Would definitely make again and just dull down the spices!

Man this steak is soooo good, I kept going back for seconds lol. I added more butter and a little bit of water at the end so that I would have a little bit of sauce to go with mashed potatoes. :)

Delicious!! Full of flavour. I done mine ribeye in the air-fryer 190c for 6 minutes and turned out delicious with added red onion

Added a tsp of slap ya mama Cajun seasoning because I can’t leave anything alone. I also let the steak reduce in the butter, rather than just tossing it because I like my steak tender. Served with rice. All that butter makes it super rich. Turned out great!

Added a bit more herbs and spices it was great, although there was too much butter, so less is needes

Very tasty and a great way to use a cut of meat not suitable for grilling. As the author mentioned, be sure to make your own seasoning or use a low-sodium one for sure. I used what I had on hand and it was tres salty. But still good! Will definitely make this one again.
