Absolutely delicious! My favorite way to cook salmon now. So easy and simple. Cooked in a cast iron skillet for that even better seasoning taste!

It was good but I wasn’t impressed with the flavor. I have to adjust the seasoning

The seasoning is key to this dish. The directions were very easy and the salmon was buttery after following the instructions.

I made my own Cajun seasoning which was a bit time consuming & messy, but it would have been worth the effort if the seasoning actually flavored the fish nicely, which it did not. The instructions left me with a well cooked & not overdone fish, but the taste was bland. I would not try this recipe in the same way again.

I followed several links to get to her blackened chicken recipe, instead of the salmon. Turned out great! I seared the chicken for about a minute and a half on each side, then out it into the oven to bake for 10 minutes. 6 minutes in, I added pepper jack cheese. I also added extra cayenne and garlic because we like it spicy- very delicious! This is going to be a family favorite!
