Good. Healthier than fried catfish. Flavor is there. I did turn the oven up to broil and added a couple of minutes to make sure they were crispy. I also used plain breadcrumbs in lieu of the cornmeal... it worked fine...I will try the cornmeal next time as it will probably help w the spices...

Loved this recipe! Lightly sweet, salty, and crispy. We will definitely will make this again.
