- 1/8 cup lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
- 1 tsp. garlic (fresh, crushed, sometimes I substitute garlic salt when I'm out of the fresh stuff)
- 2 lb. steak (sliced about ½ inch thick, any cut will do - the longer you marinade, the better it gets.)

Turned out really well!
