This is a fantastic recipe—also very dangerous! I couldn’t stop eating them!!! They’re crispy outside, pillowy inside, not too sweet. The sugar dusting is a must because it is part of what makes a beignet.
Be sure to monitor your oil temperature while frying, very important.
Thanks for this recipe! This is a keeper.

These were perfect and so super easy to make! I got carried away and made double
The recipe... my husband has a big appetite lol. I also made a vegan version by using vegan butter, egg replacement and oat milk. They were just as amazing
