    Very good but too much mayo for me. I will continue to combine different recipes on here to come up with favorite. I used more Parmesan than called for for more taste. Amazing how the garlic sweetens right up!

    I only made the dressing, but my family loved it! For the salad I used baby spinach, arugula, sliced zucchini, and shredded carrots. Turned out to be a new favorite.
