This was delicious! Made the breasts under the broiler, since it is February 4th.. The marinade makes this so good. Put asparagus on same pan and they were awesome. Like you stated, these breasts would be great in a wrap the next day. Come summer I will make another breast to make a light wrap dinner with a fresh salad. Yum! This is a keeper.
