Cacao nibs and olives actually get on very well with each other, while ensuring essential vitamins, antioxidants and fatty acids for our system. The additional hint of fresh basil transforms it to a extra special gourmet style pesto!
- Put the cacao nibs and 3 tablespoons of the olive oil into a food processor and blitz until it forms a gritty paste
- Now add the olives, basil, salt and remaining oil and mix until it becomes a chunky paste
- Transfer into a small bowl and serve with linseed crackers
