This is my second time making this. I added carrots. It is so simple and so tasty.

Yum! Made it tonight and it sat for 20 min or so and it was tasty. I think it will be even better tomorrow

This recipe was great! I made a couple of changes based on what I had on hand: I subbed Red Delicious apple for Granny Smith, and I also used Vidalia onion instead of regular white onion. Otherwise, I followed the recipe, and I’m so glad I found it!
