- 15 oz. tomatoes (Can Whole, buzzed in a food processor, or mashed to chunks)
- 3 cloves garlic (pressed)
- 1/4 cup raisins (Dark)
- 1/4 cup golden raisins
- 10 pitted prunes (diced)
- 2 Tbsp. honey (or more to taste)
- 2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
- 1 bay leaf
- salt
- freshly ground pepper
- 8 red skinned potatoes (small)
- sour cream (for garnish, optional)
