This is a great cabbage soup recipe that is quick & easy. You can "bend" it a number of directions according to your own preferences. I like some snap so I added a little Chipotle paste and didn't use all the broth which turned it into more off a stew.

Very delicious, filling soup. Don't like celery so I put in a green apple, which tasted very good. Didn't add extra salt which was fine. Did add some chiliflakes for that extra punch. Served with some bread, very nice.

Very good and easy in the instant pot. 1/2 tsp of pepper made it spicier than I thought it would be, but not bad at all. I left out the salt, figured the broth was salt enough and I was right! Also, used 28 oz can of diced tomatoes, as that was what i had on hand. Will definitely make again.
