Made this with vegetable broth with soy protien, added fresh mushrooms and soy crumbles. Delicious!! will make again. makes alot, have a large ziplock bag in freezer for next month.

Would make a good base but it was very bland. I added some chili oil, a lot more seasonings, and poached egg.

I had to doctor it up. I added red pepper flakes and a few other seasonings. Next time I will add potatoes.

This was surprisingly simple and easy! I did go off the recipie a bit and added around 4 cups of Beef Broth and some Beef Base. Also i didnt have any tomatoe paste so i got just 1 can of tomatoe juice. But yea could use a luttle salt but other than that its a great recipe and I will be making it for winter!
