Delicious. Im not a big fan of ‘celery boats’ so I chopped the celery and ate it all right out of the bowl! The green apple really makes it, adds a sweet tanginess to the rest of the dish. This will be a regular lunch for sure!

This turned out great. The cucumber works perfectly to mellow the more intense flavor of the tuna salad.

Love love love this recipe. I put it on bread instead of cucumbers but I’d love it either way!
