- 6 carrots (washed and large diced about 1” thick)

- snow peas (Handful raw, washed, trimmed and thinly sliced)
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. water (distilled)
- 1/2 tsp. ginger (freshly grated, add ½ tsp more if you prefer a stronger ginger flavor)
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. chili flakes
- 2 tsp. sesame oil
- 1 Tbsp. toasted sesame seeds
