- 1/2 cup oil (for frying)
- 2 chipotle peppers (+ 1 tablespoon adobo sauce)
- 1 Tbsp. adobo sauce
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 5.3 oz. greek yogurt
- 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. milk
- 1/4 tsp. sesame oil
- 2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
- 1 Tbsp. orange juice
- 1 lime (zest of)
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar (honey, agave, or sweetener)
- 3 cups shredded cabbage (mix)
- 1/2 red bell pepper (cut into strips)
- 1/3 cup red onions (sliced)
- 1/3 cup fresh cilantro leaves (roughly chopped)
- 1 jalapeno (cut into strips with ribs and seeds removed)
- 12 flour tortillas (warmed)
- 12 corn tortillas (warmed)
- 1/4 cup pepitas (roasted pumpkin seeds)
